When you sign up, you get 14 days to try all the features of your chosen plan for free. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, subscribe to keep your account active or it will be paused until you add billing.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Brand Club never takes a percentage of your sales. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of your revenue. The only commissions are the ones you choose to pay your own ambassadors.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Growth at any time directly from the Billing page in your dashboard.
What Shopify scopes does Brand Club need?
We request access to read orders and products, create discount codes, and manage webhooks. We never access your payment details or modify your store's theme.
Is there a limit on ambassadors or members?
No. All plans include unlimited ambassadors and members. You only pay the flat monthly rate regardless of how many people join your program.
